Confidentiality Undertaking

KYCEVO TECHNOLOGIES, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. hereby states and informs its clients and prospective clients of its commitment to maintain the confidentiality and proper safekeeping of the information provided to it in connection with the analysis of their needs, the preparation of proposals and, as the case may be, the provision of services.

To this end, KYCEVO undertakes not to disclose, share, communicate or use for purposes other than those related to the handling, evaluation and provision of the requested services any information provided to it, including commercial, financial, technical, operational, administrative and strategic information, documentation, processes, information on clients and suppliers, as well as any other information that, by its nature, should be deemed confidential.

Furthermore, where the information provided contains personal data, KYCEVO undertakes to process such data solely for purposes related to the handling and provision of the corresponding services, in compliance with the applicable personal data protection obligations.

This undertaking shall apply to the information provided to KYCEVO from the stage prior to the submission of a proposal and, as the case may be, during the provision of the services, and shall remain in effect for a period of six months following the last delivery or communication of confidential information.

This document constitutes solely a statement of confidentiality undertaking by KYCEVO and does not represent a commercial proposal or a services agreement, nor does it give rise to any obligation to contract.
