Kycevo Technologies, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter, «KYCEVO») hereby makes available to you these Terms of Use (the «Terms»), which govern access to and use of the website https://www.kycevo.com (the «Site»).

Please read them carefully. Access to and use of the Site imply acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, we ask that you refrain from using the Site.

1. Identity of KYCEVO

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is intended for information purposes only. Through it, KYCEVO presents its business units, Deployment and Development, the services it offers, articles and answers to frequently asked questions, and makes available to interested companies a form to request information.

The information published on the Site does not constitute a commercial offer, a quotation or a binding proposal. The terms of any KYCEVO service are set forth solely in the proposal, quotation or agreement that, as the case may be, the parties execute in writing, which shall prevail over any information contained on the Site.

3. Acceptance

By using the Site, you accept these Terms in the version in force at the time of use. By submitting the contact form and checking the acceptance box, you further state that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and that you are authorized to share it.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, good faith and public order. In particular, you undertake not to:

• Provide false or inaccurate information through the Site, or information of third parties without their authorization.

5. Requests for information

Submitting the contact form does not create a business relationship, nor does it oblige KYCEVO to submit a proposal or to provide any service. KYCEVO shall address the requests it receives at its discretion and subject to its availability.

We ask that you do not provide, through the Site or in the communications arising from your request, sensitive, financial or property-related personal data, or information of third parties that you are not authorized to share.

6. Confidentiality

KYCEVO shall keep confidential the information you provide to it in connection with the analysis of your needs, the preparation of proposals and, as the case may be, the provision of services, under the terms of its Confidentiality Undertaking, published at https://www.kycevo.com/confidentiality-undertaking, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Such Undertaking constitutes a unilateral statement by KYCEVO and does not replace a confidentiality agreement signed by the parties. When the nature of your information so requires, KYCEVO may enter into a confidentiality agreement with you before receiving it.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including texts, articles, designs, graphics, logos, trade names, described methodologies and code, are owned by KYCEVO or used with the authorization of their owners, and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Access to the Site does not grant you any license or right over such contents. You may consult and quote them for information and non-commercial purposes, provided that you cite the source and do not alter their content. Any other use, reproduction, distribution or modification requires the prior written authorization of KYCEVO.

The trademarks, names and logos of third parties that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply sponsorship or any business relationship other than that, if any, expressly indicated.

KYCEVO may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force shall be published at https://www.kycevo.com/terminos-de-uso with its last updated date and shall apply as of its publication. Use of the Site after such publication implies acceptance of the amended version.

14. Language

These Terms are made available to you in Spanish and in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Querétaro, Querétaro, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile, without prejudice to any rights that, as the case may be, are granted by applicable consumer protection laws.
