ERP Implementation

Configuration, data migration, testing and go-live, with the operation running throughout. Every stage closes with something the business can verify on its own.

An ERP is not implemented, it is adopted

The difference is not semantic. A system that has been configured and handed over can still go unused: people go back to the spreadsheet as soon as the process does not match how they work. That is why implementation starts with the process, and why data migration is treated as the risk it is.

What it includes

  1. 01 A map of the process as it happens today Not as the manual says. That is the difference between configuring the system and configuring it right.
  2. 02 Configuration and parametrisation With the decisions written down: why each parameter ended up the way it did.
  3. 03 Data migration, with reconciliation Balances and stock reconciled against the previous system before go-live.
  4. 04 Testing with your people, on your cases Including the odd ones, which are what bring a go-live down.
  5. 05 Supported go-live and stabilisation

Every stage closes with something verifiable

  1. 01 Understanding The process written down and agreed. It is what gets signed before the system is touched.
  2. 02 Design How each process sits inside the ERP, with the exceptions named.
  3. 03 Build Configuration, custom development and integrations.
  4. 04 Validation Your team tests your cases. If it does not pass, it does not go live.
  5. 05 Go-live Cutover, final migration and support on the floor.

Go-live is not the end of the project. It is the first day the system has to carry the real operation.

  • 01 ERP Consulting Before choosing an ERP you need to know what it has to solve. We map the operation, test it against what the system can actually do, and the result is a defensible decision, not a vendor list.
  • 02 ERP Optimization An ERP that is already installed and that nobody uses the way it was designed. We review which processes left the system, why, and what it costs to bring them back.
  • 03 Business Process Consulting The process before the system. We write it as it happens today — not as the manual says — measure where the time goes, and decide what gets fixed with rules and what with software.
  • 04 Manufacturing Systems Shop floor: orders, traceability, consumption, and what the ERP needs to know about production. Where the physical operation and the system have to agree every day.
  • 05 Systems Integration · EDI Orders, invoices and shipping notices that someone keys in twice today. We connect your ERP to your customer's or your supplier's, using the standard they already require.
  • 06 Fractional SME A specialist in your enterprise system, part of the time. For the company that needs expert judgement continuously but not a full-time headcount.
